Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Useીક all store systems to manage customer flow and ensure a five‑star experience.
• Maintain service vows:
  Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Being Present for all customers; complete all operational check‑list tasks and address customers’ emotional and practical needs.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store’s five‑star service achievement.
• Proactively address concerns, know when to escalate to partner with leadership.
• Explain alteration and personalization options and promote these services in partnership with the alterations team.
• Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience and follow dress code policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty goals.
• Engage in inventory management: process orders, receive merchandise, and uphold quality standards.
• Support cash‑wrap procedures and process transactions accurately to celebrate each customer.
• Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, sit, and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Reach for tools or objects, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain near and distant visual acuity; use peripheral vision and depth perception while operating computers, electronic devices, and phones for long periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1‑2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environments/$',
