• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with fonir general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently up toния 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

Under direct supervision from the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Clerk provides customer service and performs various tasks within the bakery.

Duties include:

• Assist customers with bakery purchases.
• Clean shelving and display
  
  YPTO the bakery.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain self‑serve displays in front of theDen store and adjacent bakery.
• Work with customers to take special orders.
• Coordinate with the baker to determine items that need baking or decoration.
• Support department cleaning, including hose down floors with soap and water.
• Perform general food‑handler duties.

Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for all positions related to the preparation, handling, and serving of food.
