• Set and achieve sales goals for in‑store and digital channels using selling tools (text, social media).
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
• Provide honest, confident style and fit feedback.
• Continuously develop fashion and product knowledge.
• Maintain department readiness: order fulfillment, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and grow customer relationships.
• Work flexible hours; schedule varies weekly based on business needs.
• May be required to assist in other departments as needed.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Can handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, lifting up to 10 lb routinely and up to 25 lb occasionally.

Hourly: $13.25 – $13.25
