Position
Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. You may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance. These roles support high levels of customer satisfaction and require cooperative work with other associates, vendors and carriers.
They are detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate integrity at all times. You will respond to operational concerns and support store-specific business objectives while performing key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Provide non-sales functions to support store operations and customer experience.
- Assist customers in person or on the lot, direct to departments, and answer order-status questions.
- Support cash handling, program compliance, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers; maintain attention to detail and time management.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management abilities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate integrity.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
