• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas of the store on a daily basis while providing superior customer service.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment that requires detail and precision.
• Clean, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain the entire store’s cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from flower beds and the yard around the store.
• Respond with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions.
• Adhere to OSHA standards in chemical usage.
• Utilize HEB chemical program and correctly organize and maintain stock in the maintenance room.
• Wash windows and mirrors throughout the store.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Maintain ceiling air vents and replace light bulbs.
• Assist customers in locating product.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
