Full-time Client Advisor - North Park (Dallas, TX) at TAG Heuer
We are seeking a performance‑driven, customer‑centric sales professional to join our North Park boutique in Dallas, TX. You will enhance boutique sales and deliver memorable experiences to our clients.
Responsibilities- Play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on your own KPIs and delivering memorable experiences.
- Support colleagues and other team members in the boutique.
- Keep omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience, considering all customer touchpoints.
- Propose new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix).
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Achieve individual client‑ling objectives (number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments), leveraging tools provided.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection to tailor interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and DNA, technical details to build trust and long‑lasting relationships.
- Contribute to daily processes (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing) under boutique management.
- Leverage all tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and perform visual merchandising.
- Coordinate after‑sales operations until the return of the watch.
- Apply guidelines regarding grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising (window animation, product presentation, catalogs).
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Maintain the store and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment (minimum 2 years experience).
- Knowledge/passion for watches, new lifestyle trends, new technologies and sports.
- Fluent in English and local language; a third language is a plus.
- Sales skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, sales closing, etc.
- Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, mix of sales.
- Knowledge of client and client‑ling KPIs.
- Knowledge of digital tools.
- Knowledge of/interest in brand DNA, history & collections.
- Knowledge of front and back tools.
- Knowledge of brand retail procedures.
- Client‑centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base and nurturing long‑term relationships.
- Open‑minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, action‑oriented and results‑oriented.
- Self‑starter, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptable to changes, flexible, bringing up new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, high integrity and transparency.
- Ability to represent the Maison inside and outside the store; great presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, rigorous.
