Merchandiser/Cashier – O'Reilly Auto Parts

Seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented team member to greet customers, maintain a clean front area, and manage cashier duties in our retail environment.

• Greet customers, assist in locating merchandise, and direct hard‑parts inquiries to the parts specialist.
• Check out front‑floor merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Stock and display merchandise according to planograms, ensuring the front area is full, clean and fronted.
• Apply and remove "sale" signage, manage inventory on sale shelf, and restore original pricing when sales end.
• Assist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts and overstock returns.
• Serve as the first line of shoplifting deterrent and front‑floor security.
• Support the O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities and complete any manager‑assigned To‑Do items.
• Clock in/out in accordance with company policy.

• Strong numerical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
li>Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired; additional languages a plus.
