Commission Structure

Earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.17 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn and retail locations nationwide. The Retail Sales Associate partners with store staff to provide excellent customer service on lending and retail transactions, handling a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

• Greet and interact with all customers, building rapport to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and properly display merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Create a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, etc.) per federal, state, and local law.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Capable of assisting customers outside the building and retrieving products from exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with people, be team‑oriented, and serve customers.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Preferred cash‑handling experience.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations and flexible retail schedules (including weekends and holidays).
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office machines.
