Role Description

Milkshake Concepts is seeking passionate candidates for the roles of Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Sous Chefs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the DFW Metroplex. Responsibilities for these roles include leading day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing food and beverage quality, overseeing team hiring and training, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, these roles involve close collaboration to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong hospitality-focused skills, including Guest Satisfaction and leading with intention
  • Leadership experience in hiring and team management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Expertise in Food & Beverage operations and quality control
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of creating positive dining experiences for guests
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and culinary training are a plus
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or culinary arts is desirable
