This role is for a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. You will attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, and drive quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit, environment, and guest experience.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Duties- Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
- Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
- Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
- Supervise and coach service and experience standards.
- Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
- Fulfill recruitment needs, create positive candidate experiences, and retain the team.
- Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
- Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
- Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.
- 1-3+ years of leadership experience (high potential candidates with less experience encouraged to apply).
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
- Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; frequent bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Genuine, warm, and caring demeanor; honesty and integrity.
- Comfort with giving and receiving feedback to improve performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to positively impact execution.
