Come work at our flagship Batbox venue in Addison, Texas at ‘Village on the Parkway’.

As a Batbox Lead Server, in this tipped role, you’ll be in the heart of the action

You will deliver crave-worthy dishes, signature drinks and all-out fun

You’ll create legendary experiences, keep the floor moving, and cheer on players as the swing for the fences in our one-of-a-kind innovative baseball simulator boxes

Lead by example training new staff on menu offerings, service standards, and venue policies

Provide direction and give feedback to the team members to support operational opportunities.

We’re looking for a team lead with 3-5 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused

You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times

Proven experience in a lead role with experience of coaching and motivating a team

You are at least 21 years old

This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

Servers are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. Compensation: ($10/hourly + tips)

Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue

Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs

Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common

Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift

Read and write handwritten notes
