• Minimum 2 years of Assistant Restaurant Manager level experience in a quick‑service restaurant, including P&L responsibility (franchise experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent coursework).
• Proven leadership skills: ability to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills: prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining focus on business goals and customer satisfaction.
