Dishwasher — Wolfgang Puck Catering. We are hiring immediately for full time and part time DISHWASHER positions.

Wednesday through Sunday, hours may vary. PM availability is also preferred. More details upon interview.

Requirement
:
Prior experience in high-volume catering is required.

Pay Range
: 15.50 per hour to 17.50 per hour.

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine as assigned, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using required equipment and procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other surfaces.
• Removes trash and manages waste disposal; transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and product; performs other duties as assigned.
