About the Opportunity:
Aloft Dallas Downtown is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests during banquets and events.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Set up and maintain dining areas for banquets and events
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure that all tables are properly set and cleared
- Monitor food and beverage levels and restock as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any food-related issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Food Safety Certification preferred
