As a Catbird Server, you will be responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences in our stunning restaurant, Catbird. You will engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by your style and service. A detailed understanding of the seasonal ingredients of all dishes and Beverage Pairing will be required. We are looking for passionate and proactive with and inclination for 5-star service that can anticipate the guest needs and can create transformational experiences to wow our guests.
Qualifications- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Food Handlers and TABC Certifications required
- Beverage and fine food knowledge preferred
- Ability to work Friday
- Monday - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
