- Demonstrate expert knowledge of steakhouse menus, premium cuts, cooking temperatures, ingredients, accompaniments, wine selections, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
- Confidently provide thoughtful recommendations and upsell responsibly to enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
- Clearly communicate all allergy and dietary restriction information to culinary and leadership teams.
- Execute proper pacing and coursing to ensure a seamless dining flow.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and temperature standards.
- Maintain guest satisfaction through attentive table maintenance, beverage replenishment, and anticipatory service.
- Perform professional wine service, including presentation, opening, and pouring.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Clear, crumb, and reset tables discreetly and efficiently, requesting assistance when appropriate.
- Ensure service stations are meticulously stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Present checks and process all guest payments accurately and discreetly.
- Thank guests sincerely and provide a gracious farewell that reflects the steakhouse brand.
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and elevate service issues to Restaurant Management as needed.
