  • Provide gracious, efficient, and professional food and beverage service.
  • Answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and suggestively sell food and beverages.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, brands, pricing, promotions, and specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Clearly communicate all allergy and dietary restrictions on tickets.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
  • Replenish beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Clear and crumb tables at appropriate times, asking for assistance when needed.
  • Keep serving stations stocked, organized, and ready for service.
  • Present guest checks and handle all payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain clean, orderly table and bar areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
