Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower.
The Culinary Lead will direct and oversee line level colleagues on culinary tasks and performances, check quality of finished food products, and ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures. This position supports the Sous Chef in the kitchen’s operation and is capable of assuming the responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. This is an advantageous opportunity if you desire to pursue leadership roles in the Culinary profession.

Qualifications- 4 years of culinary experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in all areas of the kitchen, high volume restaurant, and experience in banquet operations strongly desired
- Possess higher awareness level of hotel business, handle and communicate business matter in a responsive manner, such as scheduling, planning, and preparing for efficient productivity
- Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
