PREP COOK: As a prep cook, you will assist the cooks in the preparation and service of menu items and perform various kitchen duties including dishwashing, general cleaning, and storing food and non-food items.
Requirements: Food handlers certified in Texas, knowledge of HACCP standards, problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, and organized.
HOT LINE COOK: Cook food following recipes, portions, and presentation standards for each menu item. Follow all standard operating procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization, operate kitchen equipment properly, and adhere to safety procedures.
