Shift Manager

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager to help prepare them.
• Assist assigned departments in meeting their targets and goals.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong planning, monitoring, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to ensure that the team meets McDonald’s quality, safety and profitability targets.
• Must be 18 years or older.
