What you’ll do

• Draft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables.
• Due diligence:
  Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow.
• Deal execution:
  Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans).
• Development support:
  Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land-use risk spotting.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional)
• Comfort running titles/surveys/due diligence and coordinating closings.
• Experience with leasing and finance documentation a plus.
• Texas bar (or eligibility to waive in).
