• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are a strong communicator, committed to service, and excellent at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally.
