Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist for a full-time on-site role at our facility in Dallas, TX. The responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance standards, conducting quality audits, enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. You will assess processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality production standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure product excellence
  • Experience in Quality Management and conducting Quality Auditing
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with ISO-9001 or ISO-14001 quality and environmental standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate quality requirements effectively
