Overview
The Quality Manager maintains and improves the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring product compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Lead incoming, in-process, and outgoing QC teams.
- Define inspection standards and documentation.
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone.
- Handle customer complaints and RMAs.
- Monitor quality KPIs (FPY, PPM, RMA, defect trends).
- Conduct audits (internal and external).
- Collaborate with R&D and Production.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and calibration.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or related.
- 10 years in electronics quality management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC, PCBA quality.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
