Responsibilities- Implement Mosquito Nix Standards and operations across all service channels, motivating and holding the team accountable to achieve top‑notch service.
- Demonstrate quick and efficient problem‑solving skills while managing a wide array of daily tasks.
- Lead team learning sessions and incentive plans to build morale and exceed expectations.
- Maintain high organization and strong communication skills.
- Join regional networking groups to expand referral contacts through preferred partnerships.
- Manage service team to ensure thorough inspections of customers’ properties, providing best practices for mosquito control through misting systems, temporary treatments, general pest, and holiday lights & decor.
- Attend events to showcase the misting system and the advantages of high‑quality parts and components.
- Leverage word‑of‑mouth and existing client base to expand through walk‑throughs and service appointments.
- Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
- Physical job requirements: safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
