Assistant General Manager; Dallas

• Report to and serve as an extension of our General Manager, ensuring the business runs smoothly and our high standards are met
• Supervise our Hosts and engage with dogs during group play
• Feed and administer medication to dogs
• Perform general wellness checks throughout the day, and, if necessary, resolve dog behavior and/or health issues
• Manage and provide excellent communication to our customers before, during and after their dog’s stay
• Oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

• Excellent customer service and people skills, with an exceptional ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Goal-oriented and seeking a long-term career in petcare
• Must be comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds (prior experience in the pet services industry is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays -- we are open 365 days a year
