Critical Care Night Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Critical Care Night Nurse Practitioner ( #critical care , #Nurse Practitioner) located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for night as well as PRN positions. The Critical Care Night Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients during night shifts. Daily tasks include assessing and managing patients' critical conditions, performing indipendant advanced procedures such as arterial line placement, Central line , Intubations and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

The role also involves monitoring and evaluating patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Experience in Critical Care Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in advanced procedures such as Arterial Line Placement, Intubations, Central line and dialysis cathter placement.
• Qualification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong skills in patient assessment and management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work night shifts and provide patient-centric care
• Previous critical care experience in a hospital setting is a plus
• Current state RN and NP licensure and relevant certifications.
