We are seeking a visionary Director of Nursing to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple clinical departments. This executive-level role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, and patient-centered outcomes within a dynamic healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking nursing leader who thrives in complex systems, champions quality improvement, and builds high-performing teams aligned around exceptional care delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide executive oversight of clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Lead strategic planning, departmental goal setting, and long-term operational initiatives.
  • Direct fiscal management, including operating, capital, and payroll budgets.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives through data analysis, quality metrics, and evidence-based practices.
  • Partner with physicians, senior leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical excellence.
  • Strengthen workforce engagement through recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional practice standards.
  • Oversee facility planning, capital improvements, and resource optimization.
What You Bring
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Master’s degree required (if not in nursing, must hold a BSN or doctoral degree in nursing).
  • Active RN license (Texas or Compact) or valid temporary permit.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the Nurse Manager or Director level.
