PT GI Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology to provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision in Lubbock, TX.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform assessments during two weekly on-site shifts, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications include a Master’s or higher in Nursing, current Texas NP license, national NP certification, and at least 1 year of experience. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting within safety guidelines. The role involves working in a clinical environment with biohazard exposure. Relocation to Farwell, TX, is required before starting.
