Nurse Practitioner

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in DFW area in post acute. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while ensuring high-quality care. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and their families about medical conditions and treatments. The Nurse Practitioner will also contribute to creating care plans and participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

• Diagnostic and treatment skills for patient care, with a strong focus on clinical decision-making and precision
• Proficiency in patient education and counseling for health promotion, treatment plans, and disease prevention
• Collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Lcation as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas and certification in a relevant specialty
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family care settings preferred
• Strong understanding of medical procedures, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations
• Ability to manage confidential patient information with a high degree of professionalism
