The position places you on a busy telemetry unit in an acute care setting within Baylor Scott & White Health.
Patient Population & Unit Details- Nephrology
- Hepatology
- Endocrinology
- Geriatrics
- Chronic cardiac disease
- Gastrointestinal
- Cardiac arrhythmias
- Insulin drips
- Peritoneal dialysis
- Patient Ratios: 1:3–4
- Number of Beds: 35
- Unit selling points: 94% of RNs have BSN; 6% certified; supported by clinical coach; self‑scheduling; robust Unit Practice Council.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
