Hospice Nurse

This is a full-time or part-time role for a Hospice Nurse based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Hospice Nurse will provide compassionate and patient‑centered palliative care to individuals and their families. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, supporting patients in home care settings, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring a high standard of medical and emotional care. The nurse will also educate caregivers, advocate for patients’ needs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Proficiency in Nursing and Direct Patient Care to provide patient‑centered medical services.
• Experience in Palliative Care and Medicine, with the ability to manage pain and other symptoms effectively.
• Skills in Home Care to deliver compassionate and reliable care in various settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support patients and their families.
• Valid nursing license and certification in Hospice or Palliative Nursing (preferred).
• Knowledge of end‑of‑life care practices and commitment to delivering empathetic, high‑quality care.
