Provide compassionate home care, working collaboratively as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for our patients.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Texas (or state where practice is required)
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna will assist in obtaining if necessary)
• Tuberculosis skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferable but not required
• Reliable transportation
