Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab, with on-Call requirements. Full Time (40 hrs.) -- Dallas -- $10K Sign-On

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting with high-paced procedures.
  • Adhere to on-call requirements; must live within a 30-minute response time.
  • Work four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with on-call for evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Experience
    : 1 year as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN residency program required; 1+ year current experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN strongly preferred; must live within a 30-minute drive for on-call requirements.
  • Licensure/Certification s:
    Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing on hire; BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 90 days; IABP certification upon hire preferred.
