OR RN Full Time

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is hiring an Operating Room RN full‑time to provide nursing care and service during surgery cases. The role includes positioning, prepping, and circulating the case while maintaining infection control standards and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will support surgical patients throughout their inpatient stay and provide basic care needs under the direction of a qualified RN.

Job Summary
  • Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases.
  • Position, prep, and circulate the patient throughout the case.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, multi‑tasking, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Maintain scrupulous infection control standards.
  • Work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist patients through their inpatient stay according to RN direction.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of two (2) previous OR experience preferred.
  • Current Arizona Nursing License.
  • Current CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Diplomatic communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
  • Capable of caring for patients from adult to geriatric.
  • Knowledge of hospital policies and operating room procedures.
  • Clinically proficient in OR nursing skills, supporting all patient age groups.
Schedule Options

8 hours, 10 hours, or 12 hours per shift.
