- Deliver hands-on nursing care focused on pain management, symptom control, and patient comfort
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team — including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and CNAs — to ensure seamless, holistic care
- Educate patients and families on the hospice philosophy, medications, and disease progression
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation of visits, interventions, and communication
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and compassion in every interaction
- Provide emotional support to families during times of transition and grief
- Current RN license in the State of Texas (required)
- 1+ year of hospice, palliative care, or home health experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional clinical judgment, organization, and time management
- Genuine empathy, professionalism, and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits

Location: Dallas, TX
Position: Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) includes 1 weekday requirement of on-call
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
