Charge Nurse RN or LVN (10pm‑6am)

Employing nursing staff at OPCO Skilled Management
. The position calls for a registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide nighttime nursing care at Hillcrest Nursing.

The Registered Nurse or Licenced Vocational Nurse will render nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patients’ needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, as well as state, federal and local guidelines. The RN must have respiratory experience and a hospital background is largely preferred.

• Provide nursing care to patients in the unit during the 10 pm to 6 am shift.
• Monitor patient condition and assess health status.
• Document care and follow up on physician orders.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
• Act as charge nurse during morning shift transitions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Current RN license or LVN license for Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.
• Hospital or respiratory experience preferred.

Annual salary range: $54,000 – $100,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
