Texas Oncology is looking for an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Dallas Presbyterian. This full‑time position (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm) has no weekends, on‑call duty, or major holidays.

LTIP is an incentive program that typically vests over a three‑year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Awards are discretionary and governed by the LTIP document. Eligibility is subject to continued employment through the award payment date.
Job DutiesUnder minimal supervision, the RN provides professional nursing care for patients in accordance with national and company standards and guidelines. The RN demonstrates knowledge of care for all age groups, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports the US Oncology Compliance Program.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care consistent with established standards.
- Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching and instructional material.
- Prepare and administer therapies under physician direction and supervision.
- Administer all medications and blood products using correct dosage, route, timing, and technique.
- Ensure pre‑authorization and appropriate consent for therapies.
- Facilitate dose modification by assessing patient and labs, consulting protocols, and discussing with the physician.
- Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain central line catheters.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments.
- Apply knowledge of reimbursement procedures and charge capture.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Minimum 0–3 years of RN experience.
- Willing to consider entry, mid, or senior level candidates.
- Current RN state license and basic life support (BLS) certification.
The work environment is an oncology/hematology clinic with possible exposure to communicable diseases, chemical substances, ionizing radiation, and medical preparations.
Physical RequirementsFull range of body motion, handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, standing and walking for prolonged periods, and lifting up to 40 lb. Corrected vision and hearing required.
