Registered Nurse | Post Surgical/Telemetry

Join United Surgical Partners International, Inc. to support care at North Central Surgical Center, a Baylor Scott & White affiliated hospital in Dallas, TX, performing over 12,000 procedures annually. The RN will work on the Post‑Surgical Unit and Telemetry, providing comprehensive nursing care to post‑surgical and telemetry patients.

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Implement physician orders, administer and document medications safely, and provide nursing interventions per the standard of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record for patient assessment, interventions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care and expectations.
• Follow hospital policies related to safety, infection control, and National Patient Safety Goals.
• Use email and computer systems (including EHR) for communication, patient coordination, and workflow management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by AHA.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Two years of RN experience in Med‑Surg/Telemetry, or one year Critical Care/Emergency/PACU (post‑surgical experience in orthopedics or spine highly preferred).
