At Digestive Health Center at Redbird Square, we are more than just your healthcare provider. We are passionate about caring for our patients and supporting our team. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Charge Nurse to work weekdays from 7am-3:30pm in a team-oriented environment at our Ambulatory Surgical Center. Primary responsibilities include pre-procedure care, recovery room care, and actively participating in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.

The Charge Nurse will work collaboratively with center leadership on the supervision and direction of nursing care and patient scheduling, according to center policies, procedures, and objectives.

Qualifications include:

• Proficiency in acute care nursing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Maintain BLS certification and ACLS
• At least four years of nursing experience and one year of nursing leadership experience

Previous experience in GI, Surgical, or Emergency care setting is preferred but not required.
