Overview
We are seeking an Emergency Room RN
, also referred to as an Emergency Department RN or Emergency Services RN. The ER RN provides rapid and skilled care to patients who arrive at the hospital seeking emergency medical attention. The RN is a critical professional who plays a key role in delivering emergent and urgent care in the emergency department.
Bonus Options: Up to $20,000

Hours: 12hr shifts – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

- Assess patients upon arrival to determine the severity of their condition and prioritize care accordingly, following standardized triage protocols.
- Provide direct care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries, including medication administration, wound care, splinting, vital sign monitoring, and pain management.
- Assist with stabilizing patients and initiating life‑saving interventions such as ACLS, PALS, and trauma care when indicated.
- Manage high‑stress and rapidly changing situations effectively, remaining calm, focused, and decisive while caring for multiple patients during busy shifts or mass casualty events.
- Educe patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintained current.
- Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintained current.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting preferred.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
