We are a high-volume, private orthopedic spine surgery practice seeking a clinic-based Registered Nurse to help improve continuity of care, patient communication, and post-operative support. This is a non-OR role focused on clinical triage, patient follow-up, and care coordination outside of clinic visits.

• Serve as primary clinical triage for patient calls and messages (“cases”)
• Independently manage routine post-operative and non-urgent issues using protocols
• Determine need for medication refills, imaging, or earlier follow-up
• Escalate urgent or red-flag concerns appropriately

• Routine post-operative check-in calls
• Triage pain vs potential complications
• Wound concerns via photos or in-clinic checks
• Medication question/refills under protocol
• Coordinate PT, home health, and DME

• Support clinic flow and patient education
• Coordinate follow-ups, imaging, and testing
• Collaborate closely with surgeon, PA, MA and scheduler

• Mix or clinic and administrative days
• Clinic 2-2.5 days /week, 8:00AM
  -4:00pm
• No call responsibilities

• Active RN license
• Ortho/spine/surgical experience preferred, not required
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Comfortable with EMR and electronic communication

• No OR or inpatient duties
