We are currently seeking opportunities for NEW GRAD POST-SURGICAL RNs. North Central is offering a focused accelerated hands‑on nursing graduate program for RNs that are a new graduate or RN changing specialty that provides safe and effective patient care on the Post‑Surgical Unit (PSU).

The Nurse Resident will receive instruction in:

• Transitioning from entry‑level nurse to competent professional
• Development of effective clinical judgment
• Strengthening of commitment to nursing
• Ability to incorporate research‑based evidence into practice

• New Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) license required.
• BLS.
