2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
-Two years of Pediatric Critical Care Experience Required
Congenital Heart Surgery Experience required Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)

Experience with the following:
Critical Care Management of:
Disease processes (respiratory illnesses, sepsis, DKA)
Pressure lines (primarily CVPs, arterial lines, some UAC/UVC)
Ventilated patients (HFOV, VDR, Servo)
Drips (epi, nor-epi, milrinone, dopamine, precedex, )
Complex trauma patients (EVDs, Codmans, neuro assessments)
Complex pediatric postop patients (congenital anomalies/craniofacial, tracheostomies, etc.) Specialty/Unit Certifications

Required:

(RN)
ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE – temp license will NOT be accepted Procedures performed on unit:
Foley insertions, trans-pyloric feeding tubes, dressing changes (wound and CVL), port access, etc. Patient Experience

Required:

Two years of management of pediatric critical care patients in high acuity setting.
