Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant - Cardiology – must have 2 years experience
Azza Health Care Agency invites applications for a full‑time Cardiovascular Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive cardiovascular and general medical care in collaboration with supervising physicians at the Heart Center.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up on patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families.
- Document patient care in EMR and collaborate with the medical team.
- Relevant master’s degree or higher.
- Current Texas licensure as a PA or NP.
- ACLS certification.
- Clinical cardiovascular experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.
Competitive salary ($120,000–$130,000), benefits, and opportunities for professional development. Based in Weatherford, TX with in‑person work and potential relocation.
