Seeking a full‑time on‑site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for skilled nursing facilities in Corsicana, TX. No weekend, night, holiday, or on‑call duties.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments
- Develop care plans
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Order tests
- Prescribe medications
- Educate residents
- Participate in quality improvement
- Current Texas NP license
- Board certification
- Geriatric care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- EMR proficiency
- Occasional regional travel may be needed
