Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Wellness Practice

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centric wellness practice in Dallas. As a provider, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, personalized care. You’ll review patient health profiles, analyze blood work and diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans that address both current medical needs and long-term health goals.

• Review comprehensive health profiles, including blood work and diagnostic tests, to assess overall health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor chronic conditions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate lifestyle modifications.
• Make referrals to specialists when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Foster and maintain strong patient-provider relationships through a holistic, patient-centered approach.

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant,
  licensed to practice in Texas
  .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable healthcare setting (5 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, empathetic, and patient-focused personality.

• Compensation: $9,000–$10,000/month (Fair Market Value) plus bonus and commission opportunities.

• Full-time, in-person role
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
