Position SummaryPromote Angio Dynamics’ products through education of current and potential customers, providing clinical education and technical support to deliver world‑class service. The role includes case coverage, follow‑up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for Angio Dynamics’ products.
Position Responsibility- Maintain current knowledge about assigned products, services, competitive products, and disease states.
- Attend internal and external education meetings and review professional journals to maintain and enhance skills and clinical competency.
- Provide availability for assignments that require clinical support and training for Angio Dynamics’ products.
- Stay current on the latest clinical data related to all of Angio Dynamics’ products.
- Educate the Sales Team on current clinical data and new developments regarding Angio Dynamics’ products, highlighting clinical benefits and patient safety.
- Show clinical differences and patient outcomes between Angio Dynamics’ products and competitive products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to products and therapies through one‑on‑one sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars, and/or outside symposiums.
- Engage in basic market development activities when needed in the assigned geography.
- Travel 85% of the time; maintain a valid driver’s licence.
- Other activities may be assigned as required by management.
- 5 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology, cardiology, or surgery.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with medical staff, Sales, Marketing, and Global Franchise Leaders.
- Effective teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly.
- Ability to work with precision, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and recommend changes to training documents.
- Ability to construct an effective training program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- RT, RN, PA, CCP, RA, ARNP or similar clinical credentialing required.
- BS in a clinical field preferred.
