Position Overview
Fully remote and autonomous Home Infusion/IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) position providing infusions in patients' homes in the Dallas, TX area.
As a Home Infusion IVIG RN, you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of nursing. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the luxury of work‑life balance and a schedule that allows building one‑on‑one relationships with patients.
Responsibilities- Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes
- Use your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own home
- Provide one‑on‑one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment
- Acquire any additional licensure required in multi‑state service areas
- Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and partners using excellent written and verbal customer‑service skills
- Challenge your clinical nursing skills by receiving continuous training on leading‑edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion; certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)
Part‑time role. Visit patients in greater Dallas and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150–200 miles one‑way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.
Required Qualifications- Registered Nurse with current license in Texas and the ability to be licensed in other states (additional licensure may be required in multi‑state service areas)
- Minimum one year of nursing experience (IV‑related experience is a plus)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid and current driver's license with auto insurance (liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity
- Three years’ nursing experience
- One year infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
- CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required
RN Diploma, Associate’s or B.S. degree in nursing
