Community Outreach & Partnerships Specialist (Commission-Based)

Texas Care Love Field is looking for a natural connector — someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and opening doors in the community.
This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on networking, partnership building, and making an impact by connecting individuals and families to behavioral health and case management services.
This is not a desk job
. You'll be out in the community building relationships with organizations that help people every day.

What You’ll Do- Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, shelters, hospitals, and community organizations
- Introduce partners to Texas Care Love Field’s mental health and case management services
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships
- Attend community events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Educate organizations about how Texas Care connects individuals and families to mental health care and essential resources
- Follow up with partners and maintain ongoing relationships
- Track outreach activities and referrals
- A natural networker who loves meeting new people
- Comfortable walking into a room and introducing yourself
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Passionate about helping people access care and resources
- Organized and able to follow up with relationships
- Able to work independently and manage your own outreach schedule, including some nights or weekend networking based on community event schedule.
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Community outreach
- Behavioral health or healthcare
- Nonprofit partnerships
- Sales or business development
- Social services or Medicaid systems
This is an independent contractor role and commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
Outreach specialists earn commission when referrals become active clients receiving services.
High-performing outreach specialists can earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually depending on the number of partnerships and referrals developed.
